Celtic Blue is an award-winning cheese brought to us from the Glengarry Fine Cheese Company located in Lancaster, Ontario. The cheese is smooth and crumbly with robust flavour and delicate veining. It has a unique limestone-coloured natural rind developed by specific ripening cultures. With a medium-strength that is softened by a rich buttermilk quality and a balanced salt, Celtic Blue offers flavour notes that are woodsy, earthy, slightly mushroomy, with just a hint of spicy-sweetness.
