Kaamps Classic

This unique goat milk gouda is aged for at least six months before it is sent for tasting. The Kaamps family has been producing gouda for generations with extra care and are one of the few remaining Dutch farmstead creameries producing a cheese that is rich in tradition and quality. The goats spend their time grazing on grassy pastures full of clover, resulting in a firm milky paste with a slight crunch and unique caramel flavour.
