In lush, northwestern Guatemala, the Conde family produces this extraordinary cacao. The farm, called Monte Grande, has been in the family for 150 years and since 1984 they have been re-establishing their fine cacao production.

Desbarres' has only been working with this cacao since the spring of 2018, but right from the start, they loved it. Their 72% Monte Grande bar is ripe with flavours of honey and caramel with a sweet and rich chocolate base. Joy!
