Notes: with this bar our goal was to honour Brazilian ingredients. The crunchiness comes from a handmade praline that we indiscreetly add Brazil nuts to, before we break it into small pieces. The praline almost dissolves when touched by the tongue, leaving the crunchy Brazil nut in focus, to give extra texture to the pallet. The milk helps to evenly spread the taste throughout the mouth, resulting in an incredible explosion of flavour and texture.
